Y VISTO ... Y CONSIDERANDO ...SE RESUELVE ...No obstante que del informe del arbitro no surge la identificación del agresor, si su calidad de delegado y con la ampliación de la testimonial del juez asistente Salvatori Pablo, ha quedado acreditado que la persona informada es el señor Quintero Cesar, D.N.I. n° 31.360.261 y en merito de ser el delegado del Club San Martín de Monte Buey, según lo prescripto por el estatuto de la Liga y lo previsto en el art. 6 del R.T.P., se levan los presentes autos por ante el Consejo Directivo de la Liga a los fines de su tratamiento, debiendo notificarnos en tiempo y en forma la resolución que se adopte

OBSERVACIONES Club Matienzo S/ Solicitud de Reconsideración - Jugador Matias Sandone: No obstante lo dispuesto en acta preliminar fechada 28/02/2019 que dice recurso de reconsideración- presentación- aplicación, resolución que se ratifica en todos sus términos y como concecuencia de los fundamentos presentados por el Club Matienzo sobre los antecedentes excepcionales, al analizar la presentación realizada (en el cual el recurso presentado es ratificado por el jugador), se resuelve: Que la prueba filmica aportada no modifica el informe del arbitro y asistentes, por tal motivo al recurso de reconsideración NO HA LUGAR.
